At Plaza Electronics & Appliances, our customer service doesn't stop at the purchase or delivery and installation of the appliances and electronics. Even the best appliances or electronics may need a little care from time to time. If service is required in the future, you can rest assured of the same dedication to exceptional assistance. We have a well equipped service shop and parts department to meet all your needs for replacement parts and upkeep of your appliances. Our service center is known for servicing most residential and commercial appliances and now specializing in plasma and LCD TV. We have factory-certified, trained technicians for everything that we sell including satellite and car audio. We pride ourselves on customer service. As a manufacturer authorized servicer, warranty repair is welcome and we also do extended warranty claims. Even if you didn't purchase it from Plaza, we're here to help.
Our complete Parts Department features thousands of appliance and electronic parts in stock for your repair and replacement needs. We offer the manufacturers' warranty on all parts we sell for Whirlpool, Amana, KitchenAid, Maytag, LG and Panasonic to name a few. Our Expert Protection packages offer extended service plans for your purchase after the manufacturer warranty runs out. Extended service plans can prove invaluable if the product requires repair or replacement parts. You can't put a price on peace of mind.
Delivery & Installation
Let the experienced professionals at Plaza Electronics & Appliances of Athens handle your delivery and installation needs once your appliance, electronic or laundry purchase has been made. Our knowledgeable experts will assure that your new products arrive safely and are installed properly so that you can have a worry-free installation experience.
Our delivery team will connect delivered appliances to existing home utilities following "Product Guidelines" utilizing the connector lines that the manufacturer supplies (or that are purchased through Plaza Service Center). The new appliance will be tested to make sure it works correctly and all packing materials will be removed from your home so that you can get back to your day (delivery includes removal of one like item or relocate one like item to an accessible location on the delivery premises for each new item delivered). Please note - delivery teams will not re-connect or re-locate appliances to the home's utilities. Any questions or needs you may have will be handled promptly and professionally.
Professional installation is recommended on certain products, and in some cases necessary to ensure warranty protection coverage. Your Plaza Electronics & Appliances Customer Service Representative can help you decide which installation options are best for you. And, be sure to ask about possible delivery incentives and/or rebates available in your area.
